The NFL is moving forward to hold an arbitration in a dispute former vice president of player personnel Terry McDonough has filed against the Arizona Cardinals.

He accused team owner Michael Bidwill of cheating, harassment, discrimination and misconduct.

According to ESPN’s Tisha Thompson, the league has selected former chief legal officer of the NBA Jeffrey Mishkin to serve as the hearing officer.

What is next?

McDonough sent the arbitration claim to the league April 4.

Mishkin will now determine a schedule for depositions and legal discovery. That is expected to take several months.
