The Arizona Cardinals enter the 2023 season with Jonathan Gannon as their new head coach. It is his first head-coaching gig.
The Cardinals are not expected to be very good in 2023, which means Gannon is not considered a favorite to win Coach of the Year.
Based on BetMGM Sportsbook odds, Gannon is in the middle of the pack when it comes to odds to win top coach.
He is listed at +2500 (bet $100 to win $2,500). At +2500, Gannon has 3.85% implied odds of winning the award.
He has the same odds as the Chargers’ Brandon Staley, the Browns’ Kevin Stefanski, the Ravens’ Jon Harbaugh and the Titans’ Mike Vrabel.
Thirteen coaches have shorter odds.
The favorite to win the award is the Lions’ Dan Campbell at +800, followed by the Broncos’ Sean Payton at +1000.
