73 days till the Arizona Cardinals’ season opener: Stats for No. 73

Quarterback Chris Chandler, who played for them from 1991 to 1993, finished his time with the team with a 73.1 passer rating.

Running back Thomas Jones, a first-round pick of the Cardinals, had 73 career receptions for the team in his tenure from 2000-2002.

Ed Rucinski had 73 receptions from 1943-1946.

In 1963, All-Pro Bobby Joe Conrad had 73 receptions.

Gerry Perry, a tackle who also kicked for the Cardinals from 1960-1962, made 73 PATs in 77 attempts.
